We have been asked many times "how are we able to provide all these services for free...?".

The answer is simple.  We rely totally on our customers using our high bandwidth, local rate dialup accounts.  Every time you use one of our numbers to access the internet, we earn a fraction of a penny for each minute you are connected.  We aim to provide a first rate service so as our customer base has grown, our infrastructure has expanded to meet and exceed demand. 

We do not display third party banner advertisements, nor do we charge for any monthly or yearly subscriptions (If you currently pay for your Internet services click here).  All we ask is for you to use one of our dialup accounts when you connect to the Internet.  In most cases, our customers prefer to use our dialup accounts rather than their old ISP's anyway.

To ensure that our dialup accounts are being used at least some of the time, we have IP wrapped our SMTP & FTP servers.  This basically means that you must be connected to the internet using one of our numbers before you can send emails or post pages in your web space.

For when you are abroad, away from your normal computer, or just unable to use one of our dialups for some reason we have a hotmail style web based email platform.  Users can access their emails and reply to them from any Internet point in the world.
